Chinese president to visit Singapore in November
SINGAPORE — Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit Singapore in November, according to media reports on Tuesday.
Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean revealed that Xi will visit Singapore in a welcome speech to Chinese Vice-Premier Zhang Gaoli who is currently in the country, according to a report in the Straits Times.
President Tony Tan visited China in July. Xi’s last visit to Singapore was in 2010 as vice president.
